  • Fully managing the social media growth strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Proactively engaging with our community by responding to comments and DMs, helping with customer services issues and building brand loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date with social media trends and changes, and adapting our strategy accordingly.
  • Analysing and regularly reporting on metrics and insights to track performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimising content strategy.
  • Contributing creative suggestions to brand campaign planning, and attending campaign shoots to capture BTS and campaign content for social media.

We would like someone who has:

  • Excellent written communication skills and copywriting knowledge, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines in a fast-paced small brand.
  • A real passion for fashion, creativity, and storytelling, with a good understanding of brand identity and tone of voice.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to constantly experiment, learn, and adapt.
