  • Creating stunning imagery, reels, and stories for Instagram that resonate with our target demographic and drive brand awareness.
  • Fully managing the social media growth strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Proactively engaging with our community by responding to comments and DMs, helping with customer services issues and building brand loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date with social media trends and changes, and adapting our strategy accordingly.
  • Analysing and regularly reporting on metrics and insights to track performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimising content strategy.
  • Contributing creative suggestions to brand campaign planning, and attending campaign shoots to capture BTS and campaign content for social media.

We would like someone who has:

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with demonstrable creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Some understanding of consumer-facing product businesses, enabling you to collaborate on the strategy to help the brand meet website traffic and sales targets.
  • Experience in filming and photographing social media content to a high visual quality.
  • Proficiency in editing software for static and video content creation. Ideally you will know how to confidently use Canva, Capcut, Premiere Pro, and in-app editing tools on Instagram.
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram best practices, algorithms, and trends.
  • An understanding of User Generated Content and how this can best be harnessed on a brand platform.
  • Excellent written communication skills and copywriting knowledge, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines in a fast-paced small brand.
  • A real passion for fashion, creativity, and storytelling, with a good understanding of brand identity and tone of voice.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to constantly experiment, learn, and adapt.

This is a part-time role, starting at 15-20 hours per week based on agreed content deliverables. There is potential for hours to increase in the future.

This role will be largely remote but the right candidate would need to be able to flexibly travel into London in-person for content days, campaign shoots, and meetings.
