When ordering internationally you may have to pay import duty depending on what you’ve ordered and its declared value.

When sending parcels to the EU from the UK, Duty is payable for any orders over €150 in value.
When sending parcels to the US from the UK, Duty is payable at a rate of up to 55% of the retail price you have paid.

What happens if I return an item that’s not in its original condition?
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy (e.g. worn, damaged, or without tags), we will be unable to issue a refund, and the item will not be returned to you.
